Returns Policy – DEADLFT

At DEADLFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
So we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return 
✅ Item must unused, and in original packaging
✅ Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
✅ Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund to your original payment method, or a replacement item depending on your choice, will be issued within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@deadlft.co.uk with photos of the issue.

Non-returnable Items

  • Any product that has been used

  • Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Customised or personalised items (unless faulty)
